Account and Registration Information

When you register, we collect your name, email address, business name, and the workspace slug you choose. If you subscribe to a paid plan, we collect billing information via our payment processor (we do not store raw card numbers).

Business Data You Enter

The Service is designed to store your business records — sales figures, employee information, fuel readings, inventory, and similar operational data. This data is stored on your behalf and remains yours.

Employee Information

As a workspace owner, you may enter employee names, contact information, pay rates, and clock-in/clock-out records. You are responsible for obtaining appropriate consents from your employees and complying with applicable employment and privacy laws.

Usage and Technical Data

We automatically collect log data including your IP address, browser type, pages visited, and timestamps when you use the Service. This helps us diagnose issues and improve the platform.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, operate, and maintain the Service
• Process transactions and send billing-related communications
• Respond to support requests and communications
• Monitor and analyze usage patterns to improve the Service

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. After account cancellation, your data is available for export during a 30-day grace period, then deleted from our systems within a further 30 days.

We may retain anonymized, aggregated data that cannot identify you or your business indefinitely for analytics and service improvement.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

• Access a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate personal data
• Request deletion of your personal data
• Object to or restrict certain processing
